For openSUSE 11.0 all the foreign language text containing non-ASCII characters are scrambled.
openSUSE uses UTF-8 (LANG=de_DE.UTF-8) for some time now and the problem looks as if the UTF-8 texts are displayed as latin1.
I tested 1.68.1
Can you tell me if this is still the case.
