Hi Rony,
Committed my first change today, and I received this mail :
Message from bsf4oorexx-svn-bounces@lists.sourceforge.net :
Your mail to 'Bsf4oorexx-svn' with the subject
SF.net SVN: bsf4oorexx:[79]
trunk/bsf4oorexx.dev/utilities/ooRexxTry.rxj
Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.
The reason it is being held:
Post by non-member to a members-only list
And then I received mails "as a list adminstrator..." :
Message from bsf4oorexx-svn-owner@lists.sourceforge.net :

Reason: Post by non-member to a members-only list

Reason: Message has implicit destination
Not a big problem, because the commit has been accepted.
I noticed several mails like that since the creation of the project.
Jean-Louis
Bonsoir Jean-Louis,
thank you for your information, which unfortunately was also held due to MailMain prohibiting "implicit destination" messages.
There are two issues here:
1. interestingly the svn message of Sourceforge was decorated with your Sourceforge userid (committer id) as sender, but in the membership of the bsf4oorexx-svn list your gmail list e-mail address is recorded; by choosing the accept option in the administrator "pending messages" screen, I was able to release this message. Maybe a better solution would be to use your Sourceforge mail-id as a membership entry rather than the gmail address? (Just did not want to change the entry without your consent!)
2. some mailing lists for the various trackers do not send the message with the "To:" or "Cc:" field but with the "Bcc:" field instead, which is by default blocked ("implicit destination"); I changed the respective setting on all the mailing lists to allow such messages to be passed through without human intervention.

thanks Rony
I changed my address mail to use the sourceforge mail.
Jean-Louis
Jean-Louis, has the problem gone away by any chance?
Rony, It is interesting that Jean-Louis is get "moderation messages...
I have not gotten with his name attached...

#3Hi Bill,
the message might have appeared today, because I changed the status to "closed", but the posting took place more than seven years ago.
Jean-Louis as well as all other commiters are members of the administration group, but do not fulfill that role.
The idea has been that should something ever happen to me the project should remain intact and any other trustful person could step in.
Cheers
