#56 rexxj has invalid syntax for W11 directory containg space

rexxj attempts to iterate over the files in a directory but does not surround the path with quotation marks. The results in a violation message from

for /F "delims=" %%I in ('"dir /B %BSF4OOREXX_HOME%\lib 2>null"') do set TMP_BSF4OOREXX_JAR=%%~fI

expanding to

C:\Program Files\BSF4ooRexx850>for /F "delims=" %I in ('"dir /B C:\Program Files\BSF4ooRexx850\lib 2>null"') do set TMP_BSF4OOREXX_JAR=%~fI
Access is denied.
