Hi,

BSDRP 2.3 is available!

It includes the following updates:
- Latest changes from FreeBSD main and ports at 2026/09/20
- Major package upgrades: bird 2 to 3, pimd 2.3.2b to 3.1.0
- pimd now learns interfaces at runtime: a tunnel or VLAN that appears
  after the daemon started becomes a PIM vif, no restart needed
- New FreeBSD iflib "simple_tx" transmit path, faster than mp_ring when
  the CPU is the bottleneck (opt-in: net.iflib.prefer_mpring=0)
- New Intel NIC tools: intel-epct, and NVM update utilities for I210,
  I225/I226 and X550
- Updated: FRRouting 10.7.1, strongSwan 6.1.0, OpenVPN 2.7.7, Python 3.12
