Hi, BSDRP 1.994 is finally available! This release is based on FreeBSD 15-HEAD and the ports tree as of January 21st. It includes the following updates: - FRR 10.2.1 - Bird 2.16.1 - Strongswan 5.9.14 - ExaBGP 4.2.22 We apologize for the delay in releasing this version. The extended timeline was due to ongoing work to migrate from the NanoBSD framework [1] to Poudriere-Image [2]. This change will brings several benefits for the next release: - A clean and official method for building FreeBSD ports. - Dual UEFI/BIOS boot mode support. - Improved build speed. # Important Upgrade Notice The minimum disk size requirement has increased to 4GB. Before upgrading, ensure the system partition is expanded. For detailed instructions, please refer to the full release notes. # Looking Ahead BSDRP 1.994 will be the final release using NanoBSD. The next version (2.0) will fully adopt Poudriere-Image. # Download link https://bsdrp.net/downloads # Full release notes https://sourceforge.net/projects/bsdrp/files/BSD_Router_Project/1.994/ Regards, Olivier [1] https://bsdrp.net/documentation/technical_docs/nanobsd [2] https://bsdrp.net/documentation/technical_docs/poudriere |
