We should automate the creation of a bsdbot_waypoints.zip
file that gets made via cron nightly. After we've got that
working we can put a link to it from the BSDbot WWW page. I
believe that SF gives us cron privileges to do this sort of
thing (a minor amount of investigation is necessary here).

As a short-term bridge we could put a link to something
that is updated semi-regularly by hand.

If possible this bsdbot_waypoints.zip file should include
all *.cs1 files so that we don't run up against the
timestamp bug dealing with how *.cs1 files are created.
