#4 unbalanced teams

User 'dasc' from the forums wants to be able and play
on unbalanced teams. The current implementation for
how a bot joins the server has the bot emulate
the "Auto-Team" command at the team select menu.
The "addbot" console command should be revamped to
allow this to work as expected (i.e. add a bot to a
specific team).
