Now you can cross compile and run Linux 0.11 from Windows!

I've added in everything you need, a working cross compiler, and batch files that can generate a working Linux kernel, a qemu emulator with root image all ready to go! If you have ever wanted to mess with Linux 0.11 from the comfort of Windows, this is your big chance. Of course it works better with a functional make program and something like MSYS behind it, but GCC 1.40 really is running as a Win32 executable!
