#383 Bad behaviour shown while translating submodel instance

The instance should translate according to the changes with the tra command , but it does not.
The submodel when erased, the instance is raytraced placed according to the applied changes but not in graphics window.The steps to reproduce and the screenshots are given in the attached document.
