#373 Update READMEs from 7.2.4 to 7.26.0 filesystem

I tried building on Ubuntu with the 7.26.0 install package and the Readme's referenced paths that did not exist. Also, the CMakeLists.txt file in the main directory does not exist.

    Joshua, it sounds like you downloaded a binary installer yet are reading/following source code installation instructions. If you want to install from source code, you'll need to download a Source release (not a Linux release).

    If you have something listed as 7.2.4 then you definitely downloaded a wrong item as that is quite old, many years old...
