#1 Predefined rectangles

I submit this patch is for feature request.
It is similar to Predefined rectangles - ID: 3152456.
The input is double-column pdf. I want the split a page into 4 so that it fits the 6" Kindle display.

The patch can do what I want but it is just a prototype.
Since I don't want to spend time on understanding the code, I just achieved it by copy and paste.
I hope Briss can provide this feature soon.
