Briss raises an exception when I try to crop a pdf file that is in a different folder than the .jar is. The sequence of actions is:
cd /tmp
wget http://www-ps.informatik.uni-kiel.de/~sebf/data/pub/atps09.pdf
java -jar ~/Dropbox/Aplicaciones/briss-0.0.13/briss-0.0.13.jar
ls /tmp (shows that atps09.pdf is still there)
File->Load (and the bounding box is shown correctly)
Action->Crop PDF
and I get this stacktrace:
cebrian@russell:/tmp$ Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Source(/tmp/atps09.pdf) file doesn't exist

If I perform "ls /tmp" the pdf file is no longer there.
Nothing of this happens if I copy the pdf in the same folder where the bliss.jar is
I'm using:
java version "1.6.0_26"
Linux version 2.6.38-10-generic (buildd@yellow) (gcc version 4.5.2 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.5.2-8ubuntu4) ) #46-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 28 15:07:17 UTC 2011
Regards
Mhm. I guess this has something to do with the special nature of /tmp . I'm going to look into this... (because the same procedure with a different directory works...)
This has to be fixed in jpedal lib, bug report filed...
