#89 Add birth date to contacts

Add a field "birth date" to contacts.

With this field added a calendar event could be
automatically added each year for these dates.

Good idea. Will be implemented, but I cannot make any
guarentees (will depend on other priorities, but I don't
think I will be able to implement this very soon....)
