#59 Importing HTML, RTF documents into notes

It would be kind of really nice to be able to import
HTML , RTF documents into notes. Well then we may need
to impose limitation on the account space for each
user. However I think this is quite useful as this
turns BRIM into online information repository cum
portal providing access to information ranging from
bookmarks, contacts, schedule to documents all at one
place that would be really great

Yep, a generic upload facility would be even better so that
images etc can also be uploaded...
