ldif import is marked experimental and didn't work very
good for me. Can't you reuse squirrelmails 'LDIF
Addressbook Import' plugin which works quite well?
tried to import a Mozilla Thunderbird LDIF file. There
you've got three name fields: "First Name", "Last Name" and
"Display Name"
For entries where I provided a "First Name" that one was
imported, otherwise the "Display Name" was imported. A
clever combination of all three would be great.
Thanks,
Andreas

I will have a look at their LDIF import, tx.
What were the problems you encountered?
