Briegel System Builder

Required packages:

• metux java lib: git://pubgit.metux.de/java/metux-java.git
• unitool: git://pubgit.metux.de/projects/unitool.git

Toolchains should be built using crosstool-ng (even other's might
also work, as long as they properly support sysroot).

Fixed/cleaned sourcetrees for various packages can be directly
retrieved from the OSS-QM project: https://sourceforge.net/p/oss-qm/home/
(Briegel supports direct fetching via git, so no additional tarball
downloading and patching is required)
