#94 utility window getting buried

When I open a utility (the file manager for example) and click on the main window, the utility gets buried under the main window and can't be brought back to the front.

The window can be brought to the front by pressing Shift+F9 (View|Tool Windows) or by bringing up the Window list (Alt+0) and double clicking on the window you want to bring to the font.
