#5 New button to insert object in "File Contents" window

A new drop-down select button to allow the user to insert an object in the parts menu.

Properties: Icon with tooltip and down arrow indicating objects that can be added to the window. Ideally a plus icon.

Available objects:
Add Model
Add Step
Insert Part

New models would be placed at the same location as "Add Model" in the "Tools" drop down menu.

New steps would be placed at the same location as "Add Step" in the "Tools" drop down menu.

Inserted parts would be placed at the same location as "Insert Part" in the "Tools" drop down menu.

The buttons now found at the bottom of the File Contents pane essentially fulfill this request.
