Why would you care about that controller?
It is a complete unit, case, mounting connectors. It has many I/O modules (inputs, outputs, source/sink, temperature modules, relays) that are made to attach well, professionally, and will hold up to regular (ab)use.
Yes, it is all more expensive than a home built Arduino. But it will work first time, they offer amazing support, and the products will be available for many years.

I have not used this yet, but plan to get it setup at least to try it out.
