This is a first release of Bread Baker's Notebook's source and executable. The calculator portion is functional. The record keeping and bread documentation portion is not. Because Ingredients contain the class Notes and Notes are not yet stable you are advised not to invest much time in constructing a library of ingredients as they will not be compatible with future releases. As of yet there is no documentation. This release is for experimental purposes, but you may find the calculator portion makes its use worthwhile. Present schedule calls for completion by the first day of fall.

While creating a bread, preferment or soaker it is advisable to add all hydratables using only grams or only percent values. One is free to switch between the two but that process may be confusing for first time users.
