To support images notebooks are now created in an eponymous folder which contains the images of that notebook as well as the notebook itself, so the file ExampleNotebook has been remove. A folder named, ExampleNotebook can be found at.
This folder contains the example notebook as well as images embedded in the Ingredient Notes for the buckwheat ingredient in that notebook. To test run the notes, download the folder and load ExampleNotebook into the Bread Bakers Notebook. Then double click on "Flour Buckwheat" on the ingredients tab.
