Summary: Monitoring folder not recursively

Initial Comment:
Add a 'recrusive' option in the folder configuration file that can be empty, 'yes' or 'no' to specify if the directory should be monitored recursively or not (by default it will be).

Technically, we also need to modify the function that checks if a folder is not already monitored to take account of that possibility (not being monitored recursively)
