#19 higher numbers in t:times

In bracy template documents, enable t:times attribute to take more than 1 as a value.
Engine will get the number in the "min" and "max" fields of instructions.
It should

• stop instantiating if max is reached
• fill the remaining instances with dummies (from the t:dummy attribute) if it's run out of data before max is reached

Determining the default value of times may change. Design a straight-forward solution.
Document the new behavior in the wiki.
