Dear Blenta,

I know I have requested this on another channel, but can't get any budget for it right now. So I gues it is best to at least have it as a Feature Request :-)

In Yaoqiang you can export BPMN diagrams into SVG. Unfortunately you have to this for all sub diagrams as well which can be a massive effort if you have lots of sub processes. Therefore I suggest to create an actionable SVG or HTML5 output that allows users to hover over items to see details like documentation and data configurations and also allow them to zoom into sub processes in order to navigate within the processes.

At the end, BPMN is both, execution semantic AND knowledge transportation. The latter fails often just because of "normal" users cannot the BPMN tool or cannot navigate easily trough the designed processes.

Thanks a lot for your consideration!

Cheers, Nils

I think I need to forbidden your company OTRS from using my software. :)

You cannot imagine HOW MANY users outside the OTRS open source project I could already convince to use Yaoqiang :-) Its just a matter of marketing you may need. Our software is also free to use under AGPL :-)

    Hi Blenta,

amazed about your fast response, I have tried to open a SVG with a sub process, but nothing changed when exported with 5.3.5. What is it that you want me to test please?

    Cheers, Nils
