Hello

The following is an example that applies to all documentations for all bpmn objects.

Right click on data object > chose documentation > add attachment

Now.... what do I see?? The only descriptive part is the filepath. But in our company we do not use descriptive filenames. So am I left with nothing descriptive and have to open up each file to know the content. This makes the documentation almost useless.

I realize that most of the time I will probably attach only one file. But it looks chaotic if you see IDs, format and a filepath only

Please allow custom descriptions of attachments and plain text.

p.s.
I am not using your software in a productive environment yet. Otherwise my boss will pay. I am evaluating.

    Hello,

Since you will attach only one file most of the time, you can add another plain text documentation to descript the attached file.

Sure. I can live with a workaround. But not when more people are involved in developing a business process. I do not want to explain workarounds. That's unprofessional.

Usability is extremely important if you want to get things done...especially in collaborations.

thanks for your awesome software :)
