#395 NullPointerException when specifying invalid IDs in Call Activity.

To Reproduce:
Create a BPMN file and add a Call Activity.
In "Task Properties", enter "foo:bar" as the called element.
Save the file, close it and open it again.

Right-clicking on the Call Activity will now trigger a NullPointerException -- it is not possible to fix the error by assigning another called element.
