I am sorry for describing the problem unclear.
I run the bowtie2 on the terminal of MAC.
The error message for bowtie2-align and bowtie2-build was "-bash: ./bowtie2-build: cannot execute binary file".
I tried bowtie 1, and it ran perfectly.
I also tried to download Bowtie 2 sources and binaries files, but there are only for Bowtie 1.

What platform are you running on? In all likelihood, you are trying to run one of the pre-built Linux binaries on a non-Linux platform.

...and what version did you download? A Mac version I hope?
