What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an existing file
2. change it so that the modified * indicator appears in the tab.
3. Hit reload. When prompted do you want to save changes? say no
4. Notice file has been reloaded as desired but * says it's modified. It isn't of course, and File Exit will not result in another prompt, which verifies that it isn't modified.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The * should be removed if the user reloads.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I've marked this as High priority because not knowing the true state of the modified indicator seems important.
