#260 Brazilian Portuguese (UTF-8)

Portuguese translation can't be downloaded automatically when chosen.
Portuguese translated .lang file is available, can be manually downloaded
and tested using another idiom as alias.
It's attached a proposal for Brazilian Portuguese (Brazil) translation
for BowPad 2.3.5. Like Portuguese translation, UTF-8 enconding was used.

It's (re)attached a proposal for Brazilian Portuguese (Brazil) translation
for BowPad 2.3.5, in .po format. HTML code was removed.
Like Portuguese translation, UTF-8 enconding was used.
Some typos in that file were edited.
