Shortcuts must be customizable by user. Where are a lot common shortcut schemes, so not everyone is going to appreciate one used here by default.
No need for advanced shortcut editors or original ways to reassign shortucts (though it would be cool). A simple human-readable ini-file would suffice.
Maybe a little bit more human-readable than trunk/src/res/Shortcuts.ini
