When I try to change current book the midlet exits.
There is no difference how many books were placed in
the midlet (1, 2, etc). I have tried it on the Siemens M65
(firmware 43) and on the CX65 emulator. In both cases
result is the same - the midlet closes. I use BookShelf
2.1.4.

BookShelf 2.1.3 - same shit...
I still use version 2.1.2 and everything is OK!

I have nailed problem to "autoexit" plugin. Without it
everything is fine (SK65 here).
