#92 Accents in file name

Hello, on having tried to load a file which name contains accents, the psp goes out after putting Loading... screen.

I have the last version (0.7.1 for CF+) and the 5.00 M33-4 in psp.

And if you add more groups to Bugg Category or to Group we can put this more tidy (I think ;))
