I am looking for a fairly simple online booking engine that is PHP based. The rental properties are houses.
These are my requirements:
- integration with Paypal's Website Payments Pro program
- a calendar ( showing availability for each property?)
- editable amenities list
- If possible, a search function displaying the amenities selected
Would this product work?

I am currently adapting this program for a local holiday let company. In principle my answer is yes. My client's needs are:
1) Show availability for each property with year and month views by whole week only (ie not days)
2) Search for properties available by attribute (sleeps 2,3, pets etc) and date range.
3) Show overall occupancy reports (client only not visitors)
4) Integrate into new website which is Joomla based.
As they say, so far so good ;-)
The integration with PayPal ought to be achievable with a few changes but I have no such requirements so I cannot really help further.

I am adding to this thread as it seems appropriate :)
We have modified vtiger crm to work for real estate sales. We have been asked to provide a rentals module.
As we already have properties in as products, the work we have to do is incorporate a good booking engine.
has anyone used your script for this sort of purpose? And if not are you happy if we do ,
