#6 Support freedb batch processing

Implement a mechanism that allows to collect freedb
requests and then send the request to the freedb
database all at once.

This is very important for people that do not have a
broadband internet connection.

Presentation:

The freedb-request icon in the iconbar should get a drop
down box from which the user can choose to either
perform the request now, or at it to a batch list.

If a request fails for whatever reason, a dialog box
should be displayed to the user asking if he wants to
add the request to the batch.

The batch list can be displayed and purged by the user.

freedb batch submits are included in the snapshot released
today. Batch queries will be added later.

Full support for batch queries and submits is now available.
These features are implemented in the BonkEnc CVS code and
will be included in the next snapshot release.
