thanks for the report - why don't people do exp runs? As you can see from the fallout posting, bogofilter does run self-tests during build so we'd have caught this.
The on-disk database format changed, so we need to have the old LMDB port around in any distribution for at least three months so people can export their database with LMDB 0.9 and then re-import with 1.0.
At any rate, I'll see to move everyone to the bug tracker at Gitlab because that's where I keep my stuff these days.
