#13 Duplicate atom ID in elements.xml.

In elements.xml both atoms "Fl" and "Lv" have a node id of "Fl". I generated a CSV table of exact masses and found duplicate atom symbols because I had lazily and incorrectly used the ID as the atom symbol in the output.

Not a critical issue, but it is probably a good idea to fix it at some point.

In elements.xml, release 10, line 2599 onwards:

• <atom id="user-content-Fl"></atom>
• <atom id="user-content-Lv">
  <scalar datatype="xsd:Integer" dictref="bo:atomicNumber">116</scalar>
  <label dictref="bo:symbol" value="Lv"></label></atom>
