This is not a proper answer as such. I was just going to respond to say 
that the vast majority of people who would have anything to say about 
this at Oxford were otherwise engaged last Friday with an away day in 
the morning (away from computers!) and a boat trip in the afternoon! I'm 
sure one of us will reply to this with an answer it deserves very shortly.
