[Bodington-developers] Removing gx distro from bod

For the next release of bod, I'd like to drop the guanxi that ships  
with it. It's ancient. I'd rather do it along the lines of the Sakai/ 
gx integration, where I provide a "Guanxi Shib Kit" (gsk) that shibb  
enables an application. That way I don't have synch with bod releases  
and I can update the gx in a bod as required.
