[Bodington-developers] Peer Marking tool

Hi Aggie

We're in the process of adding the Peer Marking tool to WebLearn -- all looks great so far. At this 
stage we need to provide a brief overview of how it works (and how it could be used in conjunction 
with other Bod resources). Do you have any notes that we could elaborate on, rather than starting 
from scratch?
