[Bodington-developers] Newquay Bodington / Sakai / Tetra 16/17 and possibly 18th October

Hi Folks,

For October 16th/17th two day conference

I've managed to negotiate a very reasonable conference facility at the=20
Carnmarth Hotel in Newquay.

B & B Room rate is =A330 per night

Cost for the two day conference including morning coffee, lunch,=20
afternoon tea evening meal [day 1] and morning coffee, lunch and=20
afternoon tea [day2] is =A355 per head.

So I just need numbers please...

I'm happy to pay for people up front or ask the hotel if they will=20
handle each persons payment individually

I also need to know if folks expect us to pay for them or would rather=20
we get the first round.

Those who want to surf, Newquay has exceptional surfing beaches and=20
facilities, let me know in advance and I can orgainse lessons with=20
former British surfing champions.

Newquay is the liveliest place in the South West, the hotel and nearby=20
Fistral beach 1-2 minutes walk are brilliant.

Carnmarth has indoor bowling and snooker.

so

1. please let me know if you want to go
2. please let me know if you would rather pay individually for expenses=20
reasons

I guess it comes down to

=A355 no accomodation
=A385 with one night
=A3105 with two nights
=A3135 with three nights

Seems fair to me but do let me know.
