[Bodington-developers] Left hand panel

I've just committed some quick changes to the left hand panel, in order to close a SourceForge 'bug'.
I've made it similar to Clan's left hand panel, as we've done away with the collapsible sections 
altogether at Oxford.

I noticed the link to Amazon doesn't work correctly on Clan (so I removed it from the Bod version).
