There has been some correspondence on the Sakai Board list regarding  
this development. At present we do not know Bb intentions with this  
patent (can we hope it is purely defensive?),  nor can we be sure of  
its strength. Nevertheless, there is likely to be a collective effort  
(including Moodle and others) to record prior art. I know Chuck is on  
this list and I suggest he add a Bodington rep to the discussion. Any  
volunteers?
