Opps, yeah its just some supporting tags that I wrote recently to make 
some stuff easier in JSPs.

They are not well implemented but mean that the JSPs don't have 
scriptlets in them and I can implement the tags better another day. 
Attached are the two files I have in WEB-INF/tags/bod/
