Colin's looking after the wiki so I'd be willing to look after a
bodington.org  JIRA tracker. It's free for open source projects. This is
the info they need:

if anyone wants to start it off and send me the info - we could apply for
an open source freebie and host it here.

Our own JIRA is LDAP enabled so might not be suitable for bodington.org,
as Colin just found out.
