I think there are a few other tools like that (Image and Text blocks, Quicklinks)...

We've changed the way the creation menu is generated in WebLearn, to avoid having multiple repeated 
creation menu templates, with repeated descriptions, etc. I was intending committing that at some 
point, but we could just add links to all the places we decide to have the tools available...
