+1 on the notes in. Being in, someone who is motivated can edit them as
they go. Being out, no one but adam (HA!-) can edit them.

Speaking of vaccum: Colin, does everyone who has a name agaist some text
in the 2.8 list have an account yet, and thus they are simply lazy, or do
they still need accounts?-)
