I have added placeholders for user and admin documentation in the wiki - it
would be good to populate the links! 

Do UHI / Leeds have any links to add?

An installation guide is an absolute must, does anybody have the definitive
version?

It would be good to extract useful stuff from the original bod.org and house
it somewhere 'permanently'
