I don't think a simple paste is helpful. I often found the notes difficult to relate to the topics 
discussed, so I reckon you'd need to quite a bit of re-wording, and extracting only the relevant 
stuff. (I don't think anyone's impressed purely by quantity of content in a dev wiki, I'm a fan of 
less is more...)
