I have edited the 2.8 release with some other sections.

Will EVERYONE with any changes going into HEAD go to this list and
add/edit the text against what they know. There is also some additional
comments in there that can be deleted when actioned!-)
There should be a more solid description of what the change does included
in this list!!!

I thought that we accepted that the test plan would be that everyone would
try to identify someone who would test AT LEAST THE ITEMS IN THE WIKI
LIST. We will get people to go through this list at UHI. Surely other
sites can do the same. John Smith, for example, in our bod head, just went
through the resource list and tested each one in turn. Simple enough, but
the reason why we need accurate descriptions on what is there!!!!

This should be done so that testing can be started on Monday!!!
