Would anyone be interested in another option for the setup servlet - 'copy
data from existing Bodington'?  It could be useful for those upgrading or
changing database product. It occurred to me that it would be useful when
I'm setting up SQL Server 2005, to be able to just replicate my existing
PostgreSQL database and the uploaded files.
